I can't access my scandrive

If you are having issues accessing the scandrive, please locate the drivemap file on your computer and run it. This will automatically connect you to your site's scandrive.


If you do not have the drivemap file, you can download it from this article. Please see the attachment at the bottom.


To locate your scan folder, open your files, find This PC and click on the scan folder located under Network locations.



Having issues downloading the file: 


If you try to download the file but it says that this file isn't commonly downloaded, follow the steps below.


In the downloads section of your browser, select the ellipsis next to the message, then click Keep

Select the arrow next to show more.

Select Keep anyway. The file should download, then you can run it.
