User Guide to Access Shared Mailbox

Outlook Desktop (new):

Open Outlook, then next to your main mailbox name, click the three dots to open a menu. Select Add shared folder or mailbox.



Type in the address of the shared mailbox, select the correct one that pops up, then click Add.



The mailbox will show up at the bottom under Shared with me.



 


Outlook Web App:

Open outlook in your browser. In the top right, click on your profile picture, then select Open another mailbox.



Type in the address of the shared mailbox, select the correct one that pops up, then click Open.



The new mailbox will open in another tab/window.
