Accessing your site's Scandrive

Scandrive is not showing up:

  1. Navigate to your desktop. There should be a drivemap file somewhere here. 
  2. Double click on this file. If you are at one of the clinic or admin locations, you should be able to connect to the scandrive for this site.
You will not be able to connect to a scandrive if you are working remotely.


Drivemap file is not on your desktop:


Please let us know if you do not have the drivemap.

You can download it from the attachment at the bottom of this article, or a member of IT can provide the file to you.


Where to find the folder:

  1. Open File Explorer : 
  2. Find This PC. You should see the scandrive here if you are connected.
