Notify IT IMEDIATELY if you have clicked on a bad link or your computer has notified you about a virus.


  1. Your accounts will be locked for security purposes. 
  2. Please remove your computer from the clinic Wi-Fi and put it on a hotspot. 
  3. IT will remote into the computer and run a virus and malware scan.



  • If you are given a clean bill of health, you can reconnect to the clinic Wi-Fi, and account access will be restored
  • If a virus is found, IT will remove the virus and your account passwords will need to be changed.
  • If a virus cannot be removed, IT will swap out your computer and your passwords will need to be changed.
