Pull and Review Camera footage

Reviewing Footage

Once you open the monitoring client, navigate to Storage Playback

Select the cameras and date you need to review

Click the arrows next to More

Change the start and end times you’d like to view. This is in 24-hour format (anything past noon will continue counting up to 24)

Then click play. 

The video should start playing in the main area. You can navigate through the footage from the bottom area. You can also zoom in a little to get a better idea of when in the footage you are. 

These are located in the bottom right corner of the navigation area.

Download Footage

If you find you need to download once you have pulled the footage, you can!

Click in the footage navigation area where you are wanting the downloaded footage to start.

Click the left facing scissor icon.

Click where you want the downloaded footage to end.

Click the right facing scissor icon.If the footage has been selected properly, the download icon will darken. Click it to download the footage.

The Record Management screen will pull up automatically, showing the footage you are downloading.

Please keep in mind that longer footage will take a long time to download and will be a larger file.

The backup path will show where the footage is getting downloaded to.
